As part of the Mastery of Relationships I was explaining how Mel Gibson managed to make movies with some of the most beautiful and sexy women in the world and still remain married to the same woman for many years. Apparently he was very attracted to some big stars he was working with, Julia Roberts I think, so what did he do? He gave her a present in a beautifully wrapped box. And when she opened it she found it contained a dead rat!! Scream and laughter. Mel Gibson has the reputation of being a big practical joker, particularly with women. Good technique hey? It gets the relationship off the sex and into the practical joke and having fun together. Satchidanand

AMAZE! It seems that I am being blessed with amazing luck.

Last night I turned up to see a student show which had sold out, with no money and no student card to get into the building where the show was playing. I got in through a back entrance that happened to be unlocked, met a friend who got me a ticket that had been cancelled and ended up with a front row seat!

The show happened to be about wolves, and the set was a forest. Earlier in the day I had taken a shamanic journey and met a wolf in a forest that looked exactly like the set.

During this shamanic journey I realised that Energy Enhancement is about a billion times more effective than shamanic journeying and started to do Energy Enhancement within the meditation. It seems to involve a lot of pottering around on the astral planes without having much of a direction, meeting rather annoying characters who are only seem to want to waste your time. But is was instructive and revealed to me the beauty of detail within the different planes. I think sometimes it's interesting and revealing to work in an actual visualised location, as that can provide higher perspectives to everyday life, but for traveling and blockage removal it's best to work energetically, in pure light as we do in Energy Enhancement.
